To purchase wines via this website you must be over the age of 18. In Good Spirits Distilling reserves the right to refuse the order on reasonable grounds that the customer might not satisfy this requirement.

Refund and Returns Policy
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:

has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

is unsafe

is significantly different from the sample or description

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is major, you can choose a refund or replacement.

Dispatch and Deliveries Policy
In Good Spirits Distilling will dispatch the order within 3 business days of the online order being received. 

 

Customers will receive an online tracking number by email once the shipping is confirmed.

All goods shipped from In Good Spirits Distilling will be fit for purpose and in good condition. Damaged parcels will be the liability of In Good Spirits Distilling, and we will offer a replacement.
